Shipping Policy

Velvetics partners with U.S.-based fulfillment centers to ship every order with care. Please read the following policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Fulfillment & Processing
Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately. Fulfillment typically takes 1–5 business days before your package ships. Please note that once an order has been accepted into our fulfillment system, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
If you need to make a change, please contact us at support@velvetics.com as quickly as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will do everything we can to help. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once your package arrives.
Shipping Times
All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center via USPS or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated transit times (after fulfillment) are as follows:
United States

Regular (USPS): 2–4 business days

International

Canada (Zone 1) via FedEx: 3–5 business days*

*Transit times do not include the 1–5 business day fulfillment window or any customs/clearance delays. International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and import fees.
Order Cancellation
Because orders begin processing immediately upon placement, we are unable to cancel orders once they are submitted. If you change your mind, please wait for your order to arrive and then contact us to initiate a return. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost or Missing Packages
Velvetics is not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If we have made an error on our end, we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no charge.
If your package is lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier), we will reship your order or issue a refund depending on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Priority + Insured Shipping: You may choose between a full reship or a refund.

Free Shipping or Standard Shipping: We will reship your package at no additional cost.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update within the carrier's system after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
If your tracking shows no activity after 5 business days from your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@velvetics.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
Customs & International Orders
All products ship from our U.S. fulfillment center. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon arrival in their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are outside our control. Please be aware that customs clearance processes may cause additional delays beyond the estimated transit times listed above.
Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders follow the same fulfillment and shipping timeline as one-time orders. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent for each recurring shipment. Subscription orders ship to the address on file — please keep your shipping address updated in your account to avoid delays.
